Has this Moon got you running around like a busy, busy bee…?!

Aries comes first. HERE the Moon can feel like there’s SO much to do and not enough hours in the day…

And of course it does. Have you ever noticed the boundless energy that children seem to summon from nowhere? How they keep going and going and going (before, yes, collapsing into a messy heap… but up until that point, their energy seems to be sourced from a mysterious unending reservoir?!)

That’s a little like what an Aries Moon can feel like…

(Except as adults we have a thousand energy leaks that mean our fire-power doesn’t stay topped up in quite the same way 🔥🙄)

But it’s really good while it lasts…!

Head been hurting?!

When la Luna switches from Pisces UP to Aries, it can be too much of a jolt to the system, which causes headaches (or sinus issues, dental problems or earaches…)

I grew up with earaches *all the time* as a kid, and I notice these can flare up under an Aries Moon.

But it’s not just a physical thing…

The Moon activates us on ALL levels. She is connected to our own realms of lunar consciousness.. the Moon within, remember?

So when your body + the Moon are giving you a message (through pain, discomfort, a recurring, minor complaint) then it’s connected to all levels of your being. Not just your physicality.

When my ears hurt, I know it’s to do with what I am hearing… and *not* hearing. Not necessarily literally, but metaphorically. So I ask myself –

↠ What am I missing?
↠ What am I blocked to?
↠ What am I not a clear channel for?

What are YOUR body + the Moon trying to get YOU to listen in closely to right now?

Dark Moon mavens... our time has come 🌚 🧙🏻

The dark moon is an often neglected (but OH SO important) phase of the lunar cycle…

Sitting between the waning Moon, and New Moon, the Dark Moon phase isn’t quite either of these, despite often being bundled in together with them...
Astrologers sometimes refer to the Dark Moon as the “Balsamic Moon” But in truth, our dark lunar Mistress holds a different kind of quality, one that’s unique, mysterious, and exceptionally powerful…
Consider the nature of a cycle.

There is movement from creation (or birth) to growth, to some kind of peak. Then dissemination and decay come next, leading to death (actual, metaphorical or ego death). Then the cycle begins again, as the ending time leads to re-birth, and the flow continues.

BUT.

What happens in those moments between death and re-birth?

What is the mysterious process occurring there?

What IS that space?

That space is the Dark Moon phase.

It’s a place of mysterious, transformational, and regenerative energy. It’s beyond death… and beyond birth too. The dark Moon phase is liminal, other, unknown, and unknowable. But it’s there. We know it’s there, because the cycle continues….

Death leads to rebirth. And *something* makes that so.

That *something* is the dark Feminine. SHE lives in the dark Moon phase, and the dark Moon phase lives in her.

Yet this phase and her energy are mysteries that are beyond mental understanding.... Trying to *figure this out* isn’t the point.
Instead, YOU can get to know how this energy feels, and invite it into your life, by submerging yourself in it. Body, mind, and spirit.

The mysteries of the dark Moon phase are an intrinsic part of ALL cycles of nature
And if you think about it ↠ it’s the only part that man cannot control.

We can speed up growth cycles…
We can remove, compost, and decay…

But we can’t harness the unknowable, transformational, regenerative power of that liminal phase of any cycle. The dark Moon phase remains wild, out of bounds, and untamed.

Like the bleeding times of women, the dark Moon phase has been rejected because of its strange, still, chaotic, and unfathomable nature…

Yet without it, life can’t exist....
