Choose your container: Select a small glass bottle or jar with a secure lid to hold your protective items. These are ideal:

• 30ml glass jars– this set of 12 is our favourite

• 3.4oz glass jars – slightly bigger and have a gorgeous shape

Gather your ingredients: Collect herbs, crystals, and personal items that align with your intentions for protection (see list below)

Fill the bottle: Layer the ingredients in the bottle, focusing on your intentions as you add each item.

Seal with wax: Once filled, seal the bottle tightly with its lid (usually a screw top or cork) and melted wax. Use black or white wax  – you can use candlewax, or sealing wax melted in a small spoon and poured. These are ideal:
